Day 8 Apartment courtyard

The Botanic on Lloyd is the apartment complex for the Shafer family. 

5th Floor apartment 2-story with balconies.  The ground level has two stories but one is in the basement. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are larger single level apartments.

Balcony and fish pond with their 4 little darlings that get fed twice a day.  You can tell who really gets the bulk of the feedings!

The courtyard is lush with plant life and the gardens are manicured by two hard working gardeners. It houses a fish pond and a pool with a small room near the entrance of the complex for gatherings and a workout room with the basic machines.

It feels like living in a vacation villa.

The green screens, at the bottom of the picture above, cover and provide light and air to the basement car park below. 

Eventually, all the green fencing will be covered with flowering vines to cover the car park ventilation system.

I don't know to which tree these "running roots" belong but they make for an interesting serpent appearance.

 Tomorrow I go to the Jurong Bird Park!
